The Minkez's CAT6-CCA is a twisted pair cable that is backward compatible with Category 5/5e and Category 3 cable specifications for Ethernet and other network physical layers. Cat 6 must fulfill more stringent crosstalk and system noise criteria than Cat 5 and Cat 5e. In comparison to Cat 5 and Cat 5e, this audio accessories cable standard defines the performance of up to 250 MHz. When used for 10GBASE-T, Category 6 cable is characterized to 500 MHz and has better alien crosstalk properties, allowing 10GBASE-T to be run for the same 100-meter (330-foot) maximum distance as prior Ethernet types.
