PROEL PC260 2 In 6 Out Digital Signal Audio Processor with RTA, SPLM and PRONET Remote Control
PC260 from Proel is a powerful digital loudspeaker controller, built on the CORE DSP platform and featuring state-of-the-art signal processing, high-end features, a highly intuitive and direct UI, and the ability to remotely control the system. This premium amplifier provides superior sonic performance with a dynamic range in excess of 110dB, thanks to the 40bit floating point resolution and 24bit AD/DA converters.
There are two inputs (with the option to use AES digital input) and six outputs on the PC260. Each input features five bands of full parametric processing (including parametric, shelving, notch, res. HP and LP, allpass and bandpass). A fully programmable COMPRESSOR/LIMITER and up to 600ms of delay are also included. There are 5 PEQ bands, a fully programmable COMPRESSOR/LIMITER and 600ms delay, along with any kind of crossover filter with slope up to 48dB per octave. There is also a 1/3 octave RTA with a dedicated MIC input and a GROUPING function.
With the SPL Manager, specifically designed for use in fixed installations, you can schedule, in four different scenes, 16 independent events on each input and output, such as MUTING, level changes, COMPRESSOR threshold changes, and PRESET changes. The events can then be performed automatically based on the internal clock of the device.
By connecting it to the two RJ45 connectors on the rear panel (with the optional USB2CAN converter), the PC260 can be controlled remotely using PRONET software via USB and is included in PRONET networks using the two USB ports on the front panel.
