The Rode's LAVALIER is a discreet lapel dynamic microphone that offers broadcast-quality audio. The Lavalier's low self-noise, user-friendly omnidirectional polar pattern, and compact appearance make it a great choice for film, television, video, theatre, house of worship, and other applications where a high-quality microphone must be heard but not seen. A 1.2m (4') insulated, Kevlar® strengthened cable connects the microphone capsule and has been thoroughly strain tested up to 10kg to assure reliable performance. The incorporated mini-furry for high wind protection assures superb recordings in inclement weather, and the included cable management clips let you hide the microphone and cable while allowing the wearer full mobility.
