The Rode's COMPLETE STUDIO KIT comes with Rode AI-1, which is a studio-quality audio interface that can be used to record vocals, instruments, and voice-overs into your Mac or PC. A single combo XLR-1/4" input with phantom power, two balanced 1/4" monitor outputs, and a single, discrete, studio-quality headphone output with level control are all included in this portable PA system. The device can be used in zero-latency monitoring mode, which links the preamp to the headphone output directly for delay-free recording. The two monitor outputs are skipped when the headphone input is active. Simply remove the headphone plug from the jack to activate the monitor outputs.
