SHURE BETA 56A Super Cardioid Dynamic Instrument Microphone
The Shure's BETA 56A is a super-cardioid dynamic microphone designed for general instrument recording and sound reinforcement. The microphone has a frequency response that was designed specifically for toms, snare drums, guitar and bass amplifiers, brass, woodwinds, and other instruments. It also has a super-cardioid polar pattern that excludes audio near the microphone's off-axis portions. This maximises gain before feed-back while reducing noise and audio in the capsule's off-axis regions. The Neodymium magnet in the capsule provides optimum audio amplification with a very low noise floor. Even better, the microphone is placed quickly and easily thanks to a built-in stand mount.
