SHURE BLX14/B98 Wireless Instrument Microphone System
The Shure's BLX14/B98 is a wireless microphone with BETA 98H/C A BLX1 bodypack transmitter, a BLX4 single-channel receiver, and a BETA 98H/C clip-on microphone. This microphone is made for saxophones, woodwinds, brass instruments, and percussion, among other things. The system is configured runs between 512 and 542 MHz. The BLX4 receiver also has a dual-color LED status indicator on the front panel that illuminates green for normal levels and red for fast metering when clipping. It offers both an XLR and a 1/4" instrument output, allowing you to connect your instrument to a wide range of gear, including amplifiers and mixing boards. Even better, it can run for up to 14 hours on two supplied AA batteries. The system can operate within a 300' line-of-sight range. -
